Bacton Hill Park Improvements Project Generally Comprises Construction of a 30 X 42 Timber Pavilion; Site Improvements Comprising Construction of Approximately 3,222 Sy of Parking Area; Construction of Approximately 852 Sy of Driveway and Approximately 3,200 SY of Bituminous Trail; Construction of Stormwater Basins and Swales; Installation of Utilities; Furnishing and Installation of Site Furnishings; Furnishing and Planting Trees and Shrubs; and Seeding and Restoration to Areas Disturbed by Construction Operations. The Work Will Be Performed Under One Contract as Follows: General Construction. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, October 22, 2021. All questions must be submitted and may only come from prime bidders.
