Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bacton Hill Park Improvements Project Generally Comprises Construction of a 30 X 42 Timber Pavilion; Site Improvements Comprising Construction of Approximately 3,222 Sy of Parking Area; Construction of Approximately 852 Sy of Driveway and Approximately 3,200 SY of Bituminous Trail; Construction of Stormwater Basins and Swales; Installation of Utilities; Furnishing and Installation of Site Furnishings; Furnishing and Planting Trees and Shrubs; and Seeding and Restoration to Areas Disturbed by Construction Operations. The Work Will Be Performed Under One Contract as Follows: General Construction. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, October 22, 2021. All questions must be submitted and may only come from prime bidders. EAST WHITELAND TOWNSHIP (the OWNER) hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. The anticipated start date is March 2022 The contract time is 120 days to substantial completion and 135 days to final completion.
