Envelopes containing bids shall be sealed, marked Proposal for Road Improvements and delivered to Shanna Lodge Township Manager Willistown Township 688 Sugartown Road Malvern, PA 19355 The Prevailing Wage Act 442 applies to this project. All materials must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications. Item #1: 26,386 Sq. Yds. Full Width Milling to a Depth of 1.5 Inches. Item #2: Deliver and Place 26,386 Sq. Yds. 9.5mm Superpave 64-22.3 to 3 ESALS (No Substitutions Allowed) to a Compacted Depth of 1.5 inches. Item #3: Deliver and Place 900 Sq. Yds. 9.5mm Superpave 64-22.3 to 3 ESALS (No Substitutions Allowed) Scratch Coat The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any defects or irregularities on the proposal.
