Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a 68,500-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

This project consists of a new building on the Clovis Community College campus. The project is a two story building approximately 68,500 square feet in area. The project also includes minor work in the existing central plant building. Sitework includes new walks, additional accessible parking stalls in the existing parking lot, landscaping and re-alignment of the interior campus loop road to maintain proper fire lanes. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing necessary to support the building is also included. The engineer's estimate totals $39,569,000.00 This project is partially funded through the California Community College Chancellor's Office and partially funded through State Center Community College District local bond funds. The contribution from the California Community College Chancellor's Office totals $22,158,000.00 with State Center Community College District's local contribution totaling $17,411,000.00. Only prime contractors who were prequalified through the CCC Applied Tech Phase I Prequalification Application project specific prequalification process will be allowed to submit a bid on this project Subcontractors DO NOT need to prequalify in order to bid on this project through a Prime contractor, but are encouraged to prequalify for this project and other CUPCCAA projects Prospective bidders shall be required to have a valid Class B Contractor's License.
