**As of September 12, 2024 This project has been awarded to Yarbs Grading and Paving Inc., with the awarded amount of $6,860,785.12.** The Construction Allocation for this project is $6,955,000. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: installing Class I Trail on the north side of Jensen, from Knight Ave. to MLK Blvd. Installing Class I Trail on the south side of Church Ave from Walnut Ave. to MLK Blvd., installation of Class II bike paths on Church, Jensen, Walnut, and MLK Blvd., installation of sidewalks, installation of traffic signal and traffic signal modification, street lighting, signing and striping The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
