Metal, Prefab. Fiberglass Structure, Electrical, Earthwork, Chain Link Fencing, Surveying, Water work materials, Package Booster Pump, Hydro Tank, Welded Steel Water Tank, Submersible Well Pump, chlorination Equipment, Submersible Mixer, Rebar and Painting. All Scope letters in 1 working day before bid day. Insurance or Bonding Regs: Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for contracts exceeding $200,000.00 (AVII rated or above by AM Best). SCC will pay cost of the bond up to 2.00% of bid amount. Any cost above that amount will be paid for by the Subcontractor. The cost of the bond will be added to bid for comparison purposes. Subcontract and Purchase Order forms may be viewed at SCC office during regular business hours. Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by owner for contract award, American Iron and Steel Requirements.
