Installation of Administration Building Flagpoles A security deposit (cash, certified check, cashier check or properly executed bid bond) for 5% is required. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract. Bidders are advised Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates, determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry, must be paid to all workers employed on this project. Requests for clarification are due Monday, October 25, 2021 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)]. These specifications are intended to describe the purchase, delivery and installation of two flagpoles as described herein with no standard equipment deleted. Any items omitted from the specification that would adversely affect the operation, effectiveness, efficiency and longevity of the flagpoles is to be considered part of the specifications The scope of work includes supply, delivery, all labor, and all equipment necessary to install the flag poles in the courtyard of the Bucks County Administration Building. Flagpoles to be installed on either side of main flagpole currently in courtyard. Exact placement of flagpoles to be determined by County and Contractor prior to installation. Installation is to be performed between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
