Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,400-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
SEALED BIDS are invited by the undersigned for the Doylestown Township Parks & Recreation Community Center. BIDS are invited on a lump sum basis for the segregated parts of the Work (Prime Contracts) listed in Division 01 Section "Summary of Work" as follows: General Construction. Plumbing Construction HVAC Construction Electrical Construction Project Description: The Project consists of the Construction of a new, single-story Community Center consisting of a full-size basketball Court in a gymnasium, Multi-Purpose rooms, and indoor/outdoor patio, Kitchen facilities, multiple toilet rooms, constructed with two pre-engineered buildings and stick built in-fills, for a total of approximately 17,400 square feet. Bid security shall accompany each Bid submitted in form of certified check, bank cashier's check or Bid Bond executed by acceptable surety company, and in amount equal to ten percent of the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, with or without cause. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/8/2023 4:00 PM
