CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/18/2023 12:00 PM The intent of this bid is to contract for a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance program for equipment located tower sites throughout the County. It is the bidder's responsibility to visit each site to examine all conditions affecting work before submitting a bid response. The Commissioners of Bucks County reserve the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, as deemed to be in the best interest of the County. A bid deposit is not required. The County of Bucks reserves the right to accept and award an Agreement to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof. The County reserves the right to award an Agreement based on evaluation of specific criteria found in these specifications. No verbal instructions or information to bidders will be binding. The specifications will be considered clear and complete unless written attention is called to any apparent discrepancies or incompleteness thereof, before the opening of bids. Should any written inquires be received by the Commissioners, these inquiries will be answered in the form of addenda and issued to all providers.
