Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA) is seeking an engineering firm with staff experienced in the design, replacement/rehabilitation of sanitary sewer pipe, manholes, pump stations, water mains, and municipal well heads. This is a professional services contract with a selection compliant with the Mini-Brooks Act. Experience with gravity sewer rehabilitation, public water well head rehabilitation, and water main design/ installation projects in an active urban environment and experience with complex schedules and coordination with multiple contractors is required. CFPUA will address questions regarding the RFQ until 2:00 PM on October 19, 2021. Questions submitted after this time will not addressed. Questions concerning this advertisement should be directed to Julia Faircloth, Procurement Manager, Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, at bids@cfpua.org. Submitted information shall comply with N.C.G.S. 143-64.31 through 64.34 (akaMini Brooks Act). SOQ's will be evaluated by a CFPUA selection team. Firms submitting Qualifications are encouraged to carefully check them for conformance to the requirements stated herein. Qualifications that do not meet ALL of the below listed requirements or are sent to any address other than those shown below, will be disqualified. No exception will be granted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
