This project calls for an addition of a 3819 SF building and renovation to the existing Cape Fear Community College Wilson Center located in Wilmington NC. 2853 SF of the new work will be constructed inside the existing open air interior courtyard, the remaining 966 SF of work will take place inside the existing two story lobby. The renovation will add two offices, storage, guest services counter, and a large ticketing counter. Site improvements will include demolition, removal of sidewalks, modifying an existing storm drain and vegetation,and tying into existing utilities.
