As of 06/16/2022 Start date: August 2022 End date: October 2022 The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 1 L S Earthwork (P) 6,600 S F 4" Thick Concrete Walk 340 S Y 3" Thick Bituminous Trail (3,C) 1 EACH Portable Toilet Enclosure 400 S F Poured-in-Place Concrete Retaining Wall The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Eden Prairie shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) in the best interests of the City. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
