The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals required to construct, complete in place and ready to operate, a new force main. More specifically the work includes, but is not limited to: Erosion and sedimentation controls Discharge piping, valves, effluent flow meter, etc. Twelve (12) inch PVC force main with associated fittings and appurtenances Demolition, structure relocation, and roadway and parking lot repair Connection to existing force main and pump station Filling the existing force main with flowable fill Traffic Control Exhibit A includes the complete Technical Specifications for this project. The Bidder is encouraged to examine the solicitation documents and the physical location of the work and inform himself fully as to the conditions present at the site. The installation, in accordance with the approved construction plans and specifications, of a new 12" sanitary sewer force main, replacing an existing 10" force main, that will connect to an existing pump station and force main. All associated demolition, relocation, roadway and parking lot repair, etc. will be included. Firms should have the qualification to provide the requested services that will include all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the required repairs, documentation, and warranty in accordance with established standards using approved products as detailed in the Technical Specifications included as Exhibit A. Pricing should be all inclusive with coordination and responsibility of all activities related to permitting, traffic control, flagging, demolition, installation, directional boring, OSHA confined space entry compliance, and debris removal. the due date for questions for this project has been moved to Thursday, October 21, 2021
