Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in St Simons Is, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Demere Park Improvement Project includes construction of a new 30 x 50 pavilion with restrooms, sidewalk additions, construction of a new bleacher shelter, traffic striping for ADA compliance, and installation of a grinder station and accompanying force main to be ran to an existing service lateral. The project will also include, but is not entirely limited to erosion and sedimentation control, grading, new picnic tables, trash cans, benches, and grills. This project will generally follow construction documents developed by JFK Architectures Inc. in 2018 with the exception of the relocation of the existing playground equipment and the addition of protective playground material. These items will be addressed separately in a different project and should not be considered in this bid process.
