Deadline to Submit Questions Potential Offerors October 4 at 5:00 PM MDT The Board of Eddy County Commissioners is requesting qualification-based competitive proposals from qualified consultants interested in providing long term planning services to address existing and future county government physical facility needs. It is anticipated that the initial term of this contract will be for one (1) year, commencing on December 1, 2021. The County may choose to renew/extend the contract, on an annual basis (or any portion thereof) and by mutual agreement, for up to three (3) additional one-year terms. Such renewal will happen without notice unless otherwise requested by the Contractor. In the event the County opts for non- renewal, written notification will be issued to the Contractor of such. If a site visit is desired prior to submitting a proposal, it can be arranged by contacting Brian Stephens at 575-887-9511 ext 2201. During a site visit, no questions may be asked or answered. Any questions must be noted and submitted in writing to the Procurement Manager for response. Any information given during a site visit is considered unofficial and may not be considered or included in the services contract awarded The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
