Eddy County is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, for the construction of a new detention center located at 1501 Corrales Drive, Carlsbad, NM 88220. Question Deadline 12/16/2025 5:00 PM MST EOB, Email to Procurement Administrator, Tanya Lopez tlopez@co.eddy.nm.us Bidding documents, plans, specifications, drawings etc. may be obtained at ARI Graphix upon payment of a deposit in the amount of seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) made payable to Eddy County for each complete set. The successful Bidder will receive a refund of his deposit, and any unsuccessful Bidder who returns the Bidding Documents in good and complete condition within sixty (60) days of the Bid Opening will also receive a refund of this deposit.
