ESTIMATED COST $6,500,000 to $7,000,000 The objective of the project is to repair and replace existing wastewater process equipment by performing selective hazardous material mitigation and abatement work, selective concrete and equipment demolition work, replacement of the existing primary helical scum skimmers, scum skimmer W3 spray water system including structural support upgrades, primary scum pit bubbler level enclosures, compressed air system, ultrasonic level sensors, primary effluent pneumatic operated butterfly valves, and related mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls equipment. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 15.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division).
