Renovation of a residential development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The purpose of this RFQ is to seek submissions from interested and qualified contractors for window replacement at five (5) Civida-managed properties as further described within this RFQ. The scope of work has been divided into three (3) packages. Respondents may submit a quotation for one, two or all three packages. The table below outlines the property locations and the number of units per property that are scheduled for window replacement by package: Package A 21P-006-A Beacon Heights located at 11810 38 Street NW, Edmonton - 6 Townhouse/Rowhouse Style units 21P-006-A Rundle Heights I located at 3303 106 Avenue NW, Edmonton - 23 Townhouse/Rowhouse Style units 21P-006-A Richfield III located at 3704 78 Street NW, Edmonton - 92 Townhouse/Rowhouse Style units Package B 21P-007-A Duggan located at 10512 36A Avenue NW, Edmonton - 108 Townhouse/Rowhouse Style units Package C 21P-008-A Petrolia located at 11503 41 Avenue NW, Edmonton - 70 Townhouse/Rowhouse Style units The Work under this RFQ must be completed no later than March 31, 2022.
