Reference Number: AB-2023-05468 Facilities and Operations has a requirement for masonry repairs to the exterior of General Services Building where loose material posing a health and safety hazard was removed and needs to be replaced to stop further infiltration and spalling of more material. It is the University's intent to award the proposed contract to Scorpio Masonry AB Inc. as the Contractor has years of experience in providing masonry repairs for a variety of projects of similar size, scale and complexity, has CQN approved or provisionally approved status and can meet the level and complexity required for restorative masonry in a timely manner that can satisfy the conditions for the project. There are no others that we are aware of who could satisfy the conditions for participation.
