Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Athabasca University (AU), in consultation with staff, is in the process of implementing a near virtual workplace which is resulting in the decommissioning of two (2) of AU’s current leased offices. These offices are located at: Peace Hills Trust Tower, the 11th and 12th Floor and part of the 8th Floor, 10011 109th St NW, Edmonton, AB. Total area 27,359 sq ft. Trail Business Centre, Leased Office Space, 13220 St Albert Trail NW #201, Edmonton, AB. Total area 13,881 sq ft. AU is seeking a qualified professional to assist with the decommissioning of these offices. The successful proponent will manage the decommissioning of the offices from cradle to grave, from inventory to disposal. AU must vacate the offices by March 31, 2022, and we are requesting that this project be completed by June 30, 2022.
