Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work consists of various improvements to the front (Main Street) lawn of the Courthouse as outlined on plans prepared by Land Planning and Design Associates and dated March 31, 2022. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Responses will be in the form of an addenda, if required. EOE. Beginning bid date: 4/8/22. The successful bidder must complete all work no later than October 1, 2022.
