Skyland community has streets that must be maintained throughout the year. This RFP(request for proposal), is solely for snow removal throughout the season/s in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. It concerns the snow removal maintenance of the following streets in the order written below : Snow removal of the main roads listed in items 2 and 3 must be completed by 7:00am. Clearing the entrance of Skyland at US 50 and Myron Drive. Followed by the main roads: Tahoe Drive, Skyland Drive, Willow and Myron Drive. Secondary roads: Ponderosa, Alpine Dr., Ray Way, Lynn Way, Myron Court and Ponderosa CircleCinders will be spread where needed (on roads prone to ice). After the storm is over work will be started to widen the roads and more fully open the intersections, and to keep open and clear all emergency access areas.
