Renovation of a municipal facility in Zephyr Cove, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Elks Point Country Club Homeowners Association, Inc. will receive sealed bids for the installation and supply of: Elks Point Marina Rehabilitation and Dredging Project in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore, at the time and place set forth hereinafter. The work involves the installation of approximately 711 L.F. of sheet pile wall, installation of new boat ramp, dredging of marina, jetty installation, removal and disposal of existing sheet pile wall, concrete boat ramp, dredged material, and related improvements as detailed in plans and specifications. All proposals shall be accompanied by a Corporate Surety Bond, Cashier's Check, or other approved form of bid security in an amount which shall not be less than the ten percent (10%) of the grand total of the bid. The board of directors of the elk point country club h.O.A. Reserves the right to Reject any and all proposals, to waive any informality in a proposal, and to make Awards as necessary for the public good.
