Engineer Estimate: $354,375.00 Documents are available at https://mwsb.bidsandtenders.ca/Module/Tenders/en Construction Period October 18, 2021 November 19, 2021 Review of existing information, including site drawings, and discussions with site personnel, where available. o Visual assessment of readily accessible areas for the presence of suspected hazardous building materials. o Collection of representative bulk samples from building materials suspected to contain asbestos fibres. o Collection of paint chip samples for the determination of the lead content in paint finishes. o Submission of samples collected for laboratory analysis. o Evaluation and interpretation of field findings and sample analytical results to develop conclusions and recommendations pertaining to hazardous building materials identified.
