The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Fitting out of closed rooms in the modular office complex Installation work of metal cladding on the skirt of the complex Construction work for an emergency exit ramp for people with reduced mobility Modification of the hardware on the existing doors of the complex Relocation of student workstations from 4 rooms in the existing building to the modular office complex Supply and installation of blinds Relocation of acoustic panels Supply and installation of Jersey type concrete edging Structural work such as reinforcement of joints between steel beams and columns Electrical work such as power supply to the complex, distribution network inside the complex, network of service outlets, supply of mechanical systems, relocation and addition of lighting devices, fire alarm, control of access, intercom system, cabling and data sockets, Student workstations: dismantling of electrical and data outlets of existing workstations and power and data supply of relocated workstations. Ventilation work such as adding a new ventilation system with its air distribution network, adding heat exchangers, adding an air evacuation system, modifying the existing air distribution network , cleaning of the main air ducts, balancing, replacement of existing electronic thermostats and addition of a temperature sensor on the building's BAS system.
