As of October 20, 2021, this project did not receive any bids but a new bid date has not been established. "Replace (1) Pentair Aqua Heat Pump S# - 1148083170051. Provide install and make operational. Plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous materials needed to install heat pump. Start-up and operational adjustment of heat pump to ensure proper operation. Disposal of old unit will be handled by DWR staff . Contractor shall place old unit in location DWR staff designate. The item numbers DWR desires are Pentair HLXP 140 H\C or Raypak PS9350ti-E-HC or Pentair xlhp-heat-cool-pump 460901-AQ. Ignore other item numbers in the attachments. Attach specifications sheet(s) including drawing or picture of item your firm plans to provide Equivalents to the 3 items listed above shall be subject to agency approval. Equivalents shall be offered only if specs meet or exceed those listed in the examples. Questions: All bidder questions shall be emailed to J. Tyler Turpin, Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday , October 1, 2021. Email is Justin.turpin@dwr.virginia.gov No phone calls will be accepted.
