Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dekalb, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids will be received for all HVAC Renovation Work. Bids shall be submitted in duplicate on forms issued by Architect. If the successful bidder fails to file such contract and performance and payment bond, the amount of his bid security shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages. Each craft, type of worker and mechanic needed to execute the Contract shall be paid the prevailing wage rate for the locality in which the work is performed, in accordance with all federal laws and laws of the State as well as local ordinances and regulations applicable to the work hereunder and having force of law. RIGHTS RESERVED The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities BY OWNER: and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interests of the Owner.
