As of January 12, 2022, a general contractor has been awarded. A timeline for construction has yet to be confirmed. Providing all supervision, labor, materials and equipment required to execute the Work described in the Drawings and Specifications entitled "2nd Floor HR Renovation to the EPB MLK Office Building, Electric Power Board of Chattanooga, 10 W. M. L. King Boulevard, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402", Architect's Project No. 7037, dated 26 September 2021, prepared by Franklin Associates, Architects, Inc., 142 North Market Street, P.O. Box 4048, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37405. Direct all questions regarding this solicitation to Ken Jones, EPB Purchasing, (423) 648-1558, joneske@epb.net All questions must be submitted no later than Monday, 18 October 2021 by 4:00 pm Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds are required from the General Contractor. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days from bid date. EPB reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive all informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Owner. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
