The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The Work which Contractor shall perform includes: o Pouring and finishing concrete Foundations and Pads, o Steel construction and erection, o Pipe fitting, o Welding, o Medium Voltage electrical wiring and terminations, (13.2kV) o Low Voltage electrical wiring and terminations, o Hazardous gas pipe welding, sealing and connections, o Safety equipment installation, o Metal fabrication, o Design of pipe hangers, support structures and miscellaneous fittings and connections to complete a fully operational Hydrogen production and fueling facility, o Safety survey and design of safety device placement.
