As of December 20, 2023, project was awarded to Newcomer Concrete Services Inc, awarded amount is $489,776.93. This project involves the installation of sidewalk on the north side of Chantry Drive from approximately 780' east of Chantry Boulevard to the intersection with Brice Road. Other improvements will include curb ramps and replacing drive approaches. Storm water detention will be achieved by installing oversized pipe and associated structures, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid. Bidders are required to submit bids using current prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Franklin County and the City of Columbus, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division.
