The purpose of this invitation to bid is to establish a task order contract for the installation of various infrastructure improvements dealing with bicycle and pedestrian safety countermeasures for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). This contract is for maintenance of and additions to existing infrastructure. This contract shall be utilized on an as needed basis by the Department and nothing in these specifications should be construed by bidders as a guarantee that any of the services outlined herein will be contracted.
