Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Blueprint Linden Hudson McGuffey, Manchester Ave WL Improvements, & Celebrate One Blueprint Linden Hudson McGuffey Sidewalk All work shall be substantially complete within 540 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed, with final completion to occur within 630 calendar days. The City anticipates issuing a Notice to proceed in April 2024. Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by 5 pm, November 24, 2023 Eastern Time via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The email should reference the project number and the project name. No phone calls will be accepted. In the event there are mutually exclusive alternates listed on the bid sheet, the bid bond shall include the maximum value of the highest alternate(s) which increases the Bid. The bid bond amount shall be equal to or exceed ten percent (10%) of this total amount. Note that if the bidder submits a bid bond, the amount of said bond shall be expressed either as a percentage of the total bid or numerically in dollars and cents. This project has two Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) loans and each loan has U.S. EPA DBE goal requirements associated with it. The U.S. EPA DBE goal for each loan has two components to it: a 1.3% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal and a 1.0% Female Business Enterprise (FBE) goal. Both of these goals must be met for each loan.
