Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center; and municipal facility.
Remodel of unused office space, conference room, and file rooms into an adequately large conference space (1,875 - 2,000 sq ft) for larger jury assemblies of up to 100. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submission and in U3P. The Division of Facilities Construction and Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the State.
