Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Flat Rock, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of 12/08/2021 No start date. Henderson County requests proposals to provide a turnkey project inclusive of all labor, materials, roof penetrations, roof curbs, curb and roof flashing, pads, traffic control, supervision, disposal fees, permits, inspections to install air conditioning in the Machining Lab in the Spearman building on the campus of Blue Ridge Community College. Time of Completion: The awarded Contractor may commence work on December 18th, 2021. Contractor must be complete by April 29th, 2022. Last Day for Questions: October 18th, 2021, at 5:00pm. Question must be in written form by email or USPS letter on or before date indicated. Submit all questions to the BRCC Project Coordinator (Marshallm@blueridge.edu). Henderson County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids, and to waive any bid informalities in so far as it is authorized to do so.
