The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, services, supplies, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory drilling of one pilot hole, the reaming, construction, and production testing of one new potable well (Well No. 16), the construction and installation of the: well pump and motor; above and below grade pipelines and appurtenances; storm drain system for bypass pumping; chemical (chlorine) storage building and feed system; flow metering, electrical, monitoring, and communication system; shade structure with removable roof; and related site work. The well to be constructed is to be approximately 400 feet deep but possibly shallower or deeper, as herein specified. Formations expected to be encountered include boulders, gravel, sand, with minor silt and clay.
