Interior remodel of the existing Colorado river station, San Bernardino county sheriff's office building of 9,522 SF. Including an addition of 156 SF for circulation space to cconnect north and south buildings. The project includes all new plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems, and the addition of a fully automatic fire sprinkler system for the project scope area.
