Site work for a water / sewer project in Needles, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the replacement of approximately 1778 existing water meters with new Master Meters with affixed communication modules within existing meter boxes; and the retrofit of approximately 7 vault meters with pit modules for meters 3" and above. The work shall include the installer to log data from both the old and new meters into a handheld device provided by the City.
