Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Marathon, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

As of January 17, 2022, project was rejected and will possibly re-bid later this year. The project site is located at: 12650 Overseas Hwy, The Quay Property, City of Marathon, Florida. Services to be provided may include, but not be limited to all expertise, personnel, drawings, permits, site preparation, tools, installation labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other services of any nature necessary for installation of a new turnkey restroom and site work as detailed in the Scope of Work and request for proposal package. RFP documents may be examined at City Hall, 9805 Overseas Highway Marathon, Florida 33050 and copies may be obtained for the cost of reproduction. The City assumes no responsibility for bids not properly marked. Prospective Bidders shall not contact or otherwise communicate with City staff or City officials except as set forth in Instructions to Bidders.
