Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
This project includes dismantling and reconfiguring existing pallet racking to reflect pallet rack floor plan as shown in the drawings. Work includes installation of (13) new 15' racking, (20) new 8' racking, (11) new 2'x4'x8' open shelves up in the mezzanine, teardown of existing old mail sorter cubby units and installation of new modular millwork mail sorter cubbies, and assembling and installation of new receiving workstation shown on the Drawings, specified and required for the completion of the project.This project requires a Class C-61 license. Each bid must conform to the requirements of the Drawings and Project Manual and other documents comprising the Contract Documents. In accordance with California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq. payment of the appropriate general prevailing rate of wages for all crafts employed on the public works site is required of the Contractor and all subcontractors. Compliance with California Education Code Section 45125.1 mandating fingerprinting requirements apply to this project. Board award of contract Nov. 16, 2021, Tentative NTP Nov. 22, 2021, Calendar days 190 Last day for questions is Friday, October 15, 2021. Addendum, if any, will be issued on Monday, October 18, 2021.
