The City of Pacific Grove Public Works Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms for the Design/Build of a new Public Works Metal Warehouse and repairs to the Administrative Office. Please see the full RFQ for the project context, scope of work, and submittal requirements/deadlines. The scope of work for this project encompasses two distinct elements: (1) the scope of work for the demolition, design, and construction of a metal building, and (2) the scope of work for repairs to the Administrative Office. The Public Works Departments operations are coordinated from the Corporate Yard located at 2100 Sunset Drive, Pacific Grove, CA 93950.
