The City of Pacific Grove invites qualified and experienced professionals to submit their qualifications, along with an escalating fee schedule and hourly rates, for the position of an on-call Housing Rehabilitation Project Plan Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm. This RFQ aims to engage a skilled Designer/Draftsperson or Architectural/Design Firm who will play a pivotal role in drafting project plans for the rehabilitation of qualified Single-Family Homes of low-income residents within Pacific Grove, which aim to address critical health, safety, code, and accessibility-related rehabilitation needs.
