Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The services of a state of florida registered pre-qualified contractor to provide all required materials, tools, permits, equipment, traffic control, labor and supervision for the construction of the english oaks force main C phase iii, section 4C airport road. This work is as shown in the drawings prepared by chastain-skillman, inc. (project no. 8878.02) and generally consists of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 16 inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, including 250 linear feet of 30-inch jack and bore casings and 1,100 linear feet of 16-inch horizontal directional drill with restrained joint pvc pipe; miscellaneous fittings, valves, and restoration. The bids submitted and the contract, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with this invitation to bid and the project plans and specifications as prepared by chastain-skillman, inc., without limitation, and all codes, requirements, and regulations referenced therein. Work under this contract includes: 1. Construction of 16" force main including valves, fittings, air release valves, associated appurtenances, and restoration work. 2. Testing 3.
