Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Lakeland, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
On behalf of the School Board of Polk County, Williams Company Tampa, the Construction Manager for the Rochelle School of the Arts Auditorium Interior Renovation is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying all interested subcontractors for the project. The Project consists of the demolition and replacement of fixed seating, resloping of the concrete floors, addition of an ADA compliant access ramp, renovation of the sound control room and repainting of the auditorium. The scopes of work include daily/final cleaning, demolition, concrete, drywall, painting, HVAC, electrical, and low voltage systems. MBE/WBE Participation is strongly encouraged.
