As of August 22, 2022, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Rodda Construction, Inc., on behalf of Polk County Public Schools, is currently prequalifying any firm who wishes to submit a proposal for any and all trades for the Kathleen High School New Football Grandstands Project (PCPS Project #P-2058) located at 1100 Red Devil Way, Lakeland, FL 33815. The scope of work for this project includes: demolition, sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete (flat-work & sidewalks), aluminum grandstands/ handrails, electrical/ low voltage.
