Work includes, but not limited to, removal and disposal of old column, materials, labor, and equipment to install new column at Glen Dimplex Americas Company, formerly Cadet Manufacturing, located at 2500 W Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA. 98660. Clarification Deadline 10/15/2021 2:00 PM Engineer estimate at $5,600.00 - $6,000.00 Removal and disposal of damaged column Install new column Signage, the electrical conduit, and receptacle will be removed from the damaged column and installed on the new column. Paint new column to match the color (Rust Red) and quality of existing columns Leave work area clean from all debris and paint residue Prevailing Wage Schedule of work will go through port's project manager Furnish and install proper safety equipment and practices recommended by WA Labor & Industries Contractor and all its employees will follow Washington State regulations regarding COIVD-19 safety requirements *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
