The Work is at various intersections along Leavenworth Street from Pine Street to Post Street in San Francisco, California and consists of pavementn renovation, curb ramp construction, sewer and drainage work, environmental work, traffic signal work, traffic control, and all related work. CONTRACT DURATION: 200 consecutive calendar days from NTP to substantial completion. Final Completion shall occur no later than 60 consecutive calendar days after the date of Notice of Substantial Completion. ESTIMATE: Approximately $2,300,000 REQUIREMENTS: (Refer to Project Manual for a complete list) 1) Class A license required to bid. 2) Pursuant to San Francisco Administrative Code ("Administrative Code") Section 6.25 and Chapter 25 of the Environment Code, "Clean Construction" is required for the performance of all work. 3) Bid discounts may be applied as per Administrative Code Chapter 14B. 4) LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 22% LBE. 5) Good Faith Efforts. In accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B requirements, all bidders shall submit documented good faith efforts with their bids, except those who exceed the above stated LBE subcontracting participation requirement by 35%. Bidders must achieve 80 out of 100 points to be deemed responsive. Bidders will receive 15 points for attending the pre-bid conference. Refer to C MD Form 2B.
