Refer to specific line item for part numbers and manufacturer. It is the bidders responsibility to become familiar with the contract documents in their entirety. Quantities listed are annual estimates only and not indicative of a guaranteed level of usage. Any items not listed on this bid shall be purchased at equivalent category discount. The City reserves the right to order more, less, or no items at the per unit cost stated in the bid proposal. The City reserves the right to award its total requirements to one bidder, or to apportion those requirements among several Bidders as the City may deem to be in its best interests. The City has established a local preference to vendors located within the City limits of Ontario a 1 3/4% advantage in the Citys determination of low bid, and a 3/4% advantage of vendors outside the City but within the County of San Bernardino.
