Renovation of a water / sewer project in North Wales, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes abrasion blasting water damaged paint and repainting the Sludge Disposal Buildings Operating Gallery at the Upper Gwynedd Township Wastewater Treatment Plant. All mechanical equipment within the building shall be protected from damage. A Certified Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Upper Gwynedd Township in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. A Maintenance Bond is also required in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, including Change Orders, or five thousand dollars ($5,000), whichever is greater. Refer to INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS, Paragraph 10 - BONDS. Upper Gwynedd Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
