Dan Fowler has requested authorization from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission to install 79 linear feet of riprap, the toe of which may be installed a maximum of 10 feet channelward of the existing bulkhead; to remove the existing private wharf and reconstruct it in the existing footprint; and to install an uncovered boat lift - adjacent to 2016 Canal Road, situated along Broad Bay in Virginia Beach.
