A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA), a multimodal transpor-tation agency that operates the Atlantic City Expressway (Expressway), is seeking responses from proposers to enter into agreement(s) for Land Lease(s) for the Partial or Full Site Redevelopment of Atlantic City Expressway Visitor Center Building and/or Intercept Lot through this Request for Proposals. The Atlantic City Expressway is a 46.4 mile roadway extending from Atlantic City through Atlantic, Camden and Gloucester counties, ending at Route 42, approximately 10 miles east of Philadelphia. The Expressway is the main thoroughfare to one of the nation's largest gaming centers in the area, Atlantic City, and handles more than 28 million vehicular trips every year.
