Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Port Washington, Wisconsin. Working plans call civil work for a fire station.
**As of July 20, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of a Two Building Building #1 - 10,000 Sq. Ft. building addition east of the existing facility. The addition will be constructed using precast concrete and or masonry walls, steel bar joist roof framing, and an EPDM roof system. Related site work consists of site grading, new asphalt, fenced in yard area, and misc. demo work. Building #2 - 10,000 Sq. Ft. free standing building east of the existing facility. The building will be constructed using masonry walls, metal stud joist roof framing, and an EPDM roof system. Related site work consists of site grading, new asphalt, fenced in yard area, and misc. demo work. Bids will be based on a single lump sum for building #1 and building #2. Plans and Specification may be accessed online from BPI Inc.'s project portal. Send an email to dfs@bpicolor.com with the project name in the subject line. Include the Company Name, Contact Person, and a valid email address that can receive correspondence regarding the project. Contact BPI (414) 327-5010 with any questions. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids in their best interest.
